Planning and designing Melissa and Mark’s wedding was such a joy. Melissa’s family has a vacation home in Estes Park and she knew that the sleepy mountain town was the prefect place for them to say their vows in front of family and friends. The couple wanted a ceremony with a view, and despite a rather wet month, the weather couldn’t have been more perfect! There were so many details that went into making their wedding weekend special. The bride’s grandmother sketched the most beautiful bridal bouquet and the wedding florist brought the vision to life with an amazing, asymmetrical cascading design. The reception featured a variety of centerpieces ranging from garlands to terrariums to lanterns filled with floral, all complimented with calligraphy escort cards and table numbers also courtesy of the bride’s grandmother. In true Colorado fashion, elk and trout were served for an authentic mountain dinner. The couple has quite the sweet tooth, so during planning we came up with the idea of featuring a diamond-themed His and Hers dessert bar; the His side was all about baseball (he is after all a Diamondbacks fan) and Hers was all about bling! We felt so honored to help these two tie the knot! Congrats,
